The Return and Refund policy

This Return & Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all purchases made through Nources.com (the “Website”) and applies only to products purchased directly from the Website. By placing an order through our Website, you agree to the terms outlined in this Policy. Nources accepts returns of eligible products within thirty (30) days from the original purchase date. To qualify for a return, the product must have been purchased directly from Nources.com, must be unopened and unused, must remain in its original packaging, and must be in resalable condition. In addition, the returned product must be received at our warehouse within thirty (30) days of the purchase date. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused at the sole discretion of Nources.

 

Certain products are not eligible for return or refund. Items marked as sale or promotional items designated as final sale cannot be returned. Products purchased through the Subscribe & Save program are generally not eligible for return unless otherwise stated in this Policy. Nources also does not accept returns for products purchased from third-party retailers, distributors, or online marketplaces. Any items returned after the thirty (30) day return window will not be accepted. Products that have been opened, used, altered, or otherwise not in resalable condition are also ineligible for return. If your purchase was made through an authorized retailer, you must contact that retailer directly to request a return in accordance with their policies.

 

Orders placed through the Subscribe & Save program are typically ineligible for return. However, for multi-month subscription orders, Nources may review return requests on a limited basis provided that no more than one (1) bottle has been opened and all remaining bottles are returned unopened, unused, and in resalable condition. Approval of such requests remains entirely at the sole discretion of Nources and may be denied if the return does not meet the requirements described in this Policy.

 

Once a returned item is received and inspected, Nources will notify the customer regarding the approval or rejection of the refund. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment used for the purchase. Only the purchase price of the returned product or products will be refunded, and original shipping fees are non-refundable. All approved returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount to cover administrative and processing costs. Depending on the policies of the customer’s financial institution, it may take up to two (2) billing cycles for the refund to appear on the customer’s bank or credit card statement.

Return Authorization & Procedure

To initiate a return request, please follow the steps below:

Step 2. Return Approval

Once your request is reviewed, we will determine whether the return meets the eligibility requirements outlined in this Policy.

Step 3. Return Instructions

If your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product. You must include the Return Confirmation Slip with your shipment.

Step 4. Shipping the Return

Customers are responsible for arranging return shipping unless otherwise specified. When shipping your return:

Use a trackable shipping method.

Ensure the package arrives within the 30-day return period.

Properly package the product to prevent damage during transit.

Nources is not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Step 5. Processing

Upon receipt and inspection of the returned product, we will process the approved refund in accordance with this Policy.

Step 6. Right to Refuse Returns

Nources reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse any return or refund request if:

The return does not comply with this Policy

The product is returned damaged, opened, or not in resalable condition

There is evidence of abuse, misuse, or manipulation of the return policy

Step 7. Third-Party Purchases

This Policy applies exclusively to products purchased directly from Nources.com.

If you purchased Nources products from: Amazon, Walmart, A retail store; any other third-party marketplace or distributor

you must follow the return policy of the retailer from whom the product was purchased.
